When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, team size, the topics you select, the CRM or ERP you name and the message you write. When you join our email list we collect your email address. When you chat with Joybot, the messages you type are processed to generate answers. Our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

We use form data only to reply to your request and to prepare a discovery call, newsletter emails only to send you the updates you asked for, and chat messages only to answer your question. Legal bases: steps you request before a possible contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, forms started and sent). Until you accept, Google Analytics runs without cookies and without identifying you. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie Settings button at the bottom of every page.

Form messages are delivered to our team by email through Google Workspace. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and delete newsletter addresses when you unsubscribe.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to kvkk@joykek.com and we will respond within the legal time limits.
